- 1 Cup rolled oats, not quick oats
- 2 ripe bananas
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 2 Tablespoons peanut butter
- Preheat a fan-forced oven to 180°C and line a baking tray with baking paper.
- Mix all ingredients together and spoon equal amounts onto tray.
- Bake for 11-13 minutes, until golden on the outside.
- Allow to cook and store in an airtight container.
